BBQ 2003

This was the day of the end of year BBQ. We were in the back garden of Andy’s scout group where we put up a large dinosaur shaped bouncy castle. Lots of food and more stuff to go with it than ever before! And of course with the traditional presence of alcohol. Andy and Cam had been there a couple of hours before people came preparing it all. After the BBQ some people went to the Taf.

For once the sun shone in Cardiff! The smell of the barbecue wafted in the air for miles around. The food was great and lovingly prepared by Mark and Torian, but the bouncy castle was even better. For many people it was the last time to say goodbye: Gillian, Delyth, Helen, Chris and a years rest for Chris C and Ruth. Once again drink featured prominently! Thanks goes to 19th Cardiff for use of their hut and ground. Dodgy photos and double entendres about bouncing were rife and everyone left with all limbs intact!
